Senior Trade Marketing Lead - FMCG & GT/MT Growth

With 1–3 years of relevant experience in tax accounting or general accounting Knowledge of BIR processes, eFPS/eBIRForms, and government compliance Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines CPA license is an advantage but not required Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related course At least 5 years of solid experience in accounting , with minimum 2 years in a supervisory/lead capacity Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems/software High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines At least 5 solid years of experience as a General Trade Sales Manager or equivalent role Strong FMCG background is required (food, beverage, personal care, or household preferred) Proven experience managing and growing General Trade channels Strong leadership skills with experience managing field sales teams Deep understanding of trade dynamics, distribution models, and market behavior Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actions Willing to travel and conduct regular fieldwork Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, FMCG, retail marketing, or channel development Strong understanding of FMCG trade channels (GT/MT) Skilled in analytics, market insights, and promotion evaluation Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines Experience in supervising teams or merchandisers is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate accounts, or business development Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience in customer relationship management and account handling Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and client relationship-building expertise Willing to travel or conduct fieldwork as needed Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field 1–3 years of experience in credit and collection, billing, or accounts receivable Strong understanding of credit control and collection principles Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Highly organized, with strong attention to accuracy and detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently Strong sense of accountability and integrity #J-18808-Ljbffr
