DutiesServe as the primary telecommunications specialist on the 24/7 watch desk, maintaining continuous situational awareness of the multi-domain integration architecture.Coordinate with specialized resident NOC teams, global service providers, and the Regional Service Support Desk to manage incident tickets, deploy network changes, and resolve complex outages.Maintain comprehensive situational awareness of the DoDIN, analyzing network alerts and notifications from various sources to identify and escalate potential network incidents and ensure timely resolution.Works with multiple operating systems, satellite systems and network devices in dealing with dynamic issues such as network traffic congestion, packet loss, and encryption/decryption of information as it moves throughout the DoDIN.Utilize sophisticated network management tools and event management systems to apply the change management discipline and formally document and control the physical characteristics of the RNOSC-P networked systems.
