Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

Location: Fully Remote (USA)

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 Base + Bonus

Our client is a growing accounting, advisory, and Microsoft Dynamics consulting firm seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join their ERP practice. This role will partner directly with clients to implement, optimize, and support Business Central solutions while providing guidance on financial and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and enhancement projects.
• Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and recommend solutions.
• Configure and optimize Business Central across financial and operational modules.
• Facilitate training, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization.
• Advise clients on accounting, reporting, workflow, and business process improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and custom solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and operational leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial business processes.
• Experience leading ERP implementation projects in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Ability to gather requirements, configure solutions, and deliver user training.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
• Experience with Dynamics NAV migrations/upgrades.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, Jet Reports, or related Microsoft technologies.
• Prior experience with a Microsoft Partner, consulting firm, or accounting/advisory organization.
