Trilogy in Chicago is seeking a Recovery Counselor to assess clients’ needs and plan recovery through home, community, and office visits. You will provide client-centered, trauma-informed services using harm-reduction and coordinate with care teams. The role requires at least 1 year of substance abuse experience, CADC/CRADC/CSADC/CAAP/CARS certification (or within 6 months), a valid IL license, and willingness to work evenings/weekends.
