As an Advanced Imaging Patient Services Specialist with OrthoArizona, you will get to: Schedule appointments correctly and accurately pursuant to provider scheduling protocols. Schedule appointments for CT and MRIs. Go through CT/MRI reports to make sure the Radiologist reads them. Interact with patients, family members, visitors, and members of the health‑care team; directs patient questions and/or complaints to appropriate department; keeps patients informed; maintain efficient patient flow during the check‑in and check‑out process; check in outside vendors. Schedule patients for follow‑up office visits or procedures, log no‑show appointments; assists in Document Management scanning and chart Indexing. Maintain and organize lobby area at the end of the day, opening and closing duties. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be flexible to Saturdays if needed. Must be flexible to travel to our other sites (Phoenix and Gilbert). Availability: Monday through Thursday 7:00–7:00 / Friday’s 7:00–5:30 / Saturday’s 7:00–3:00 at NG and SG.
