Qualifications:

• Valid 461 TN SPED License required
• Experience working with students in grades 3-8 preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for creating inclusive, supportive classrooms
• Ability to adapt instruction to diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
• Provide differentiated instruction in both group and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust teaching strategies as needed
