This contract-based opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with their CCC, skilled in providing comprehensive therapy services within educational settings. The position begins September 8, 2026, and continues for the full school year or until a permanent hire is made.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in New York (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience working within a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals for a diverse student caseload
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions in school-based settings
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student learning
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation according to district and state guidelines
• Consult and collaborate with staff, families, and outside agencies to maximize student outcomes
