Provide exceptional residential plumbing service by diagnosing issues, educating homeowners, and delivering the best solutions - all while creating an outstanding customer experience that keeps people calling Thornton & Grooms first.

What You'll Do

In the Field
• Run residential plumbing service and repair appointments with professionalism and efficiency
• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and present clear, honest solution options
• Educate homeowners so they can make confident, informed decisions - no pressure, no shortcuts
• Deliver high-quality workmanship on every job, every time.

With Customers
• Build trust through transparency, clear communication, and genuine care for the homeowner's situation
• Support Home Care Club members with consistent, year-round service that keeps their homes running right
• Represent the Thornton & Grooms brand with the professionalism and integrity it has earned since 1937

On the Team
• Participate in ongoing technical, communication, and leadership training
• Contribute to a team culture built on the values of Love, Team, Professionalism, and Today
• Bring your best every day - your growth here is limited only by your drive

What You Bring
• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred - but not required if your skills and attitude are there
• Strong customer communication skills and a genuine desire to help homeowners
• A passion for doing the job right and a commitment to honest recommendations
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
