$175k - $200k base + Commission + Equity
Storm3 is working with a digital health firm operating at the cutting edge of chronic care. On a mission to revolutionize cardiometabolic wellness, they deploy intelligent, individualized digital tools as a trusted tech partner to the broader healthcare sector. The company is expanding their sales team and bring on an individual contributor who focuses on health plans sales.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 5+ years of strategy, business development, or channel partnerships experience within Digital Health, Telehealth, Pharma, or Value-Based Care
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling capabilities
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Experience partnering with sales teams and developing go-to-market strategies
- BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred
Responsibilities:
- Identify strategic growth opportunities across new products, customers, channels, and partnerships
- Collaborate with strategic partners on product development, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy
- Build business cases and evaluate opportunities through market analysis, competitive positioning, and financial modeling
- Lead multiple strategic projects across Sales, Finance, Product, Technology, Clinical, and Customer Success
- Develop executive-level presentations and communicate the company’s digital health strategy internally and externally
Benefits:
