Control the flow of the bar – serve well and manage guests in front of you. Engage guests naturally – read the room and match the energy. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times. Handle high-volume shifts without losing quality or composure. Communicate with servers and management to keep service smooth. Know your product—spirits, beer, and everything in between. Close strong—clean breakdown, prep, batching, and set the next shift up right. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Previous bartending experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume bar preferred. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and proper technique. Speed and efficiency without cutting corners. Personality behind the bar—confident, engaging, and professional. Ability to multitask under pressure and stay composed during a rush. Detail‑oriented—from specs to cleanliness to guest experience. Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays. Team‑player mindset—no egos, just good service.
