Training and Development Specialist

Are you passionate about training, safety, and workforce development in a manufacturing environment? Carley Foundry is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to lead, manage, and enhance our employee training programs while ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence. What You'll Do Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for new hires, current employees, and management. Maintain accurate training records, track progress, and report metrics. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Support internal and external audits by providing training documentation and compliance records. Promote continuous improvement and workforce development through engaging and effective learning programs. Collaborate with management, HR, and employees to drive process improvements and a safe, productive work environment. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience in manufacturing or foundry training, compliance, and auditing is strongly preferred. Knowledge of curriculum and training design, instructional methods, and assessing training effectiveness. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS). Ability to work independently, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and interact professionally with all levels of employees. Salary: The anticipated annual salary range is $60,000 to $75,000, based on education, experience, & demonstrated skills.
