Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas is hiring Prep Cooks who take pride in fresh ingredients, organization, and teamwork. If you enjoy working behind the scenes in a fast-paced kitchen and want to grow your culinary skills, join our famiglia.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Prepare food items according to recipes and prep sheets, follow build-to-par levels, properly store and rotate products using FIFO, maintain a clean and sanitary prep area, and assist with overall kitchen operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, reach, and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work well with other kitchen team members
