What Would YOU Do? Generate YouTube content Brainstorm, Script, Film, Star in, and Edit Videos Grow our existing, established YouTube Channel Edit the Website Organize Events Generate Marketing Materials Logos, Shirts, Hats, Brochures, Business Cards, etc. Who Are We Looking For? We are willing to train an entry level employee. While the role has a focus on content creation, the content is often technical in nature, so genuine interest is more important than experience, both in terms of solar/electrical and video production. Experience will also be compensated for, but isn’t expected. All are encouraged to apply. Your responsibility is to "figure it out" and take videos from ideas to published - use of contractors or AI tools is encouraged. Not into editing? Hire an editor. Not a great videographer? Hire one! The expectation is that, once trained, work will be performed on-site around 2/3 of the time, while editing and scripting can be done at home if preferred. Given that we are a small team, you will need to assist with things outside your normal scope. A flexible, can-do attitude is a must. Required Qualifications Genuine interest in video production and curiosity about solar equipment Ability to work independently and self-teach Strong communication and organizational skills Willing to be on-camera Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with YouTube's analytics and algorithm, and other social media channels Experience with video creation and editing (Adobe Preferred) Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $20 - $33.50/hour based on experience.
