Seeking a passionate Animation Engineer (Expert-Principal) to join the Central Animation Technology Group in a full-time, remote or onsite role, where the engineer will collaborate with animators and engineers to enhance character movement and implement new animation features. Key responsibilities Research, design, prototype, and implement features to improve character fidelity and believability Develop and upgrade workflows for efficient animation behavior building and debugging Collaborate proactively with team members across global Activision studios Required qualifications 15+ years of professional programming experience focused on skeletal animation Proficiency in C/C++ within multithreaded environments Strong 3D math and linear algebra skills Experience with low-level game animation systems and related topics Ability to take a leading role on projects and multitask across various tech threads
