Travel RN | Med/Surg | Critical Access Hospital

Location: Northeast Kingdom, Vermont

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Flex day/night rotation, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Job Description: As a Travel RN in our independent critical access hospital, you will care for a diverse patient population and sharpen your clinical judgment while making a meaningful impact every shift. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships and work within a collaborative and supportive nursing team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care using the Nursing Process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while meeting the needs of patients across the lifespan.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
• May serve as Charge RN and act as a Preceptor when needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent acute care RN experience required.
• Charge RN experience preferred.
• Current Vermont RN license or Compact Multi-State RN License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Meditech experience preferred.
