Surfpoint Recovery is a cutting edge substance-use-disorder (SUD) treatment center that has partnered with DailyPay for same day access to funds! Employees no longer have to wait until pay day to get their earnings. We are located in Coney Island, Brooklyn NY. We are an OASAS-licensed and CARF-certified Center of Excellence. Surfpoint Recovery offers inpatient detox, withdrawal, and stabilization services, as well as inpatient rehabilitation services for individuals with substance use disorder. The Operations Lead acts as the primary hour-by-hour staff for all patients. The Operations Lead will be responsible for providing support to clients to reduce barriers to treatment and keeping clients engaged in addiction treatment services. They will model competency in recovery and ongoing coping skills while encouraging and inspiring hope for a client in recovery. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday OR Sunday - Thursday (3:00pm - 11:00pm) Responsibilities Ensure prospective clients are screened in a timely manner and assist with intake process as needed. Transmit instructions from the supervisor to appropriate staff members either orally or in writing and periodically check to ensure that such instructions are being followed. Familiar with regulations regarding patient confidentiality Ensures staff maintains all patient confidentiality and privacy guidelines. Ensure admissions board is updated by informing Admissions Director when discharges, transfers and room changes have taken place. Responsible for reporting any undue client incidents to the facility directors. Responsible for scheduling and coverage of front desk and patient care coordinators, during all business hours, and ensuring that there is appropriate coverage. Coordinate hospital runs for clients needing x-rays and other services requested by medical. Receive incoming packages from family members for clients. Gather/prepare clients’ property for discharge.
