Part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist - Night

Responsibilities Every service night, you will help keep apartment communities clean and welcoming by collecting bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents' doorsteps, ensuring it is removed by morning. You will use your open‑bed pickup truck or the assigned tow‑vehicle with a utility trailer to transport collected waste to the on‑site compactor. You may serve one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area. Work steadily, walking apartments, climbing stairs, and handling outdoor duties while following safety protocols and using the mobile app to check in, track work, and capture required photos. Qualifications Own either an open‑bed pickup truck or a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer used for the job. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Active auto insurance for the vehicle being used. 18 years of age or older. Smartphone with a data plan to download and use the work app, and willingness to receive SMS/text communications. Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required). Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine. Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs. Work around bagged trash and waste. Work outdoors in various weather conditions. Benefits Truck Pay Rate: Up to $23 per hour.
