Your Arsenal To be successful in this role, you bring: Experience: 5+ years of relevant AV field installation, commissioning, or technical systems experience in commercial environments. Technical Chops: Solid networking understanding and familiarity with CTS, Q‑SYS (Level 0/1), Crestron, IPTV/Com3000, Motion Rocket, and HDMI/HDBaseT distribution. Physical Readiness: Ability to safely navigate construction, outdoor, and client‑facing environments. This includes lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, and operating lifts or bucket trucks (when certified).
