Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant and Office Manager who will play a critical role in supporting our leadership team and ensuring smooth office operations. This is a cross‑functional position requiring exceptional multitasking, communication, and problem‑solving skills. You'll have an opportunity to influence office culture, support executive priorities, and contribute to our dynamic, fast‑paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑level administrative support to company executives, including calendar management, travel planning, meeting coordination, and correspondence. Serve as the point of contact for office management, overseeing facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and office events. Lead and organize logistics for internal meetings, team offsites, and company‑wide events. Support new‑hire onboarding and ensure a seamless experience for all team members. Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion. Drive process improvements for office administration, enhancing efficiency and consistency as the company grows. Assist with special projects and other tasks as required to support the executive team and maintain a productive work environment. Candidate Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar administrative role in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing multiple priorities and navigating ambiguity. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Proficiency with productivity tools (G Suite, Slack, calendar management software, etc.). Track record of building effective workflows and improving office processes. Team player who thrives in a collaborative, high‑velocity setting.
