Foundation Medical Partners, an affiliate of Southern New Hampshire Health (SNHH) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team in Amherst, NH! This role is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about providing care in a suburban setting and making a meaningful impact in the community.
About this position:
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board Certified / Board Eligible)
- Opportunity to inherit a strong panel with a diverse patient population
- Collegial Practice with solid APP Support
- 32-36 Patient Hours/Week
- 16-18ppd with light, shared call responsibilities
- Seamlessly refer patients internally to specialists within Foundation Medical Partners 330+ strong physician-led group ensuring continuity of care
- EMR: EPIC
- 501(c) Not-for-profit Organization
- Clinical Affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital

Targeted Pay Range: MINIMUM RANGE $230,000 to $280,000 SEGMENT 3 Top. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by several factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammates pay regularly to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
