Our team is committed to making a positive impact on patient care. The facility is licensed for 815 beds and has received numerous prestigious awards for excellence in healthcare. We provide a wide range of services and have a strong focus on innovative procedures. The unit consists of 44 beds with a staff of 75 dedicated professionals. The day shift staffing grid includes a charge nurse, 11 RNs, 4 CNAs, and 1 unit secretary. Patient ratios are 1:6 on day shift and 1:7 on night shift. We utilize various types of equipment such as telemetry systems, PCA pumps, and wound vacs. Candidates must demonstrate telemetry competency and the ability to manage 6-7 patients, depending on the shift. Preferred skills include experience in urology and bowel management. Typical procedures performed include TPN, PCA, wound vacs, tube feeds, colostomies, and various surgical interventions. The ideal candidate will be positive, engaging, and a good communicator with the healthcare team.
