Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing specialized care for patients with kidney disease. Responsibilities Deliver safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatments, including physical assessments before and after procedures. Monitor patients during treatments and document care activities accurately. Administer medications per physician orders and review patient medication profiles regularly. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient assessment and care planning. Assist in maintaining appropriate staffing levels according to regulations and center needs. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to safety and quality of care. Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education to ensure continuous professional development. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license. Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills. Knowledge of dialysis procedures, medication administration, and safety protocols.
