Service Advisor: Customer Champion & Service Liaison

Rivian is hiring a Service Advisor to be the central contact for owners throughout their service journey. The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and brand-aligned communication as you coordinate with service production and parts teams to deliver a seamless experience. Entry to senior levels may be considered; a 40-hour work week with some weekend coverage is required.
