Printing Technician

Green Bay Packaging seeks a Printing Technician to operate and maintain printing and converting equipment in our manufacturing plant. You will set up presses, monitor print quality, perform color checks, make mechanical adjustments, and complete routine maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production. Collaborating closely with production and quality teams, you’ll follow strict safety and environmental standards while troubleshooting issues, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement in our sustainable packaging operations.
