Role Description As a Marketing Representative for Johnsen Insurance and Financial Services, Inc, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. As an inventive and sales‑minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency. Responsibilities Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content. Work with the agent to identify and support local community events. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office. Qualifications Able to obtain Property and Casualty license. Able to obtain Life and Health license. Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Marketing experience preferred. Able to make presentations to potential customers. Proficient in social media, website, and email content generation. Self‑motivated. People‑oriented. Creative in problem‑solving and goal achievement. Our office is located in Sewickley PA (off the Mt. Nebo Rd exit from I-79 or Camp Horne Rd off I-279). Our office is open 9‑5 M‑F and by appointment. I have been a State Farm agent since 2008. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee. I am a proud graduate of MBA program at Duquesne University. We currently have 5 team members at our agency. We have 20+ years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Silver Scroll.
