About the Position

You will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions and responding to any changes. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. The ability to manage complex equipment and procedures is essential. Candidates should possess strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Floating to other units may be required depending on patient census. Weekend rotations will be a part of the schedule. The unit cares for a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatrics. Applicants should be familiar with various ICU procedures and equipment management. A strong commitment to infection prevention and patient safety is necessary. Effective communication skills are vital for teamwork and patient interaction.
