Full-time LPN Charge Nurse Days or Nights

Falls City Nursing & Rehab invites you to join our team. Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Salary: $30 - $35 per hour. Schedule: 3-12 hour shifts. Responsibilities Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care. Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner. Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients. Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc., and fill in patient charts. Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders. Qualifications LPN License required. Prior experience preferred but new graduates welcomed.
