About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Biomarker Research to play a pivotal role in advancing the organization's biomarker and precision medicine vision. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive management team to align biomarker initiatives with the company's overall goals. Key responsibilities include articulating biomarker vision, strategy, and performance metrics, as well as leading the planning and execution of biological strategies for pipeline assets. The role involves overseeing a team of direct reports, mentoring their professional growth, and ensuring the execution of biomarker research, analysis, and clinical trial strategies with a strong emphasis on scientific rigor and differentiation. Applicants for the Vice President, Biomarker Research position at the company should hold a PhD or MD/PhD in a relevant field such as immunology, oncology, or molecular biology. A proven leadership background in biomarker discovery, and precision medicine, and a strong focus on cancer immunotherapy is essential.
