Associate Veterinarian

Job Description

Job Description

Looking for a veterinary position that gives you flexibility while keeping your work clinically interesting?
This opportunity in the Atlanta area combines general practice with urgent care, offering a varied caseload and a team-oriented environment where you can contribute your strengths and pursue your professional interests.

Both full-time and part-time arrangements may be worth discussing, and veterinarians with an interest or background in exotic animal medicine are encouraged to explore the opportunity.

What Could Make This a Better Move

• Scheduling flexibility: Explore options that better align with your professional commitments and life outside the clinic.

• Varied clinical work: Combine general practice and urgent care rather than limiting your work to one setting.

• Room for special interests: An interest in exotic animal medicine could add another dimension to your clinical work.

• Modern clinical resources: Access diagnostic, dental, and surgical capabilities to support patient care.

• A supportive team: Work in an environment that values cooperation, communication, and respect among colleagues.

• Future career development: Continuing education and potential ownership opportunities may provide room to grow over time.

What You'll Be Doing

This small-animal general practice and urgent care role offers opportunities to manage a range of medical cases, perform dentistry and surgery, and use diagnostic tools such as ultrasound. Veterinarians can bring their clinical interests to the role while providing personalized care to patients and their owners.

Who Might Love This

This opportunity may suit an experienced veterinarian seeking a more flexible schedule, a clinician who enjoys the variety of general practice and urgent care, or someone interested in exotic animal medicine. A collaborative approach to patient care and strong client communication are important.
