We are currently seeking a Registration Specialist for our new Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Clinic Park City. In this role, you will be the first face many patients see as they begin their healthcare journey. Key Responsibilities Greeting patients and providing a welcoming, helpful, and professional first impression Completing patient registration, including verifying demographics, insurance, and required documentation Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow through the clinic Assisting patients and families with questions, directions, and support throughout their visit Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all registration and privacy standards Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient clinic operations Demonstrating exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Performing general office and clerical duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Education High school diploma or GED required Associate’s degree or some college preferred Experience Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred Willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism and strong interpersonal skills Knowledge & Skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Professional demeanor, compassion, and comfort working with diverse patient populations Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a fast-paced front desk environment Basic computer skills and accuracy with data entry Medical terminology coursework preferred Benefits Family friendly environment with the latest technology and a knowledgeable staff All departments work together as a team to live out our core values: respect, excellence, service, transparency, and trust #J-18808-Ljbffr
