As our US operations continue to grow, we are looking for a capable and adaptable Business Support Coordinator to join our team in Janesville. About The Role This role is ideal for a business support all-rounder who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is comfortable moving between different priorities during the day. You will be a key point of support across our US operations - helping customers, coordinating orders and freight, maintaining accurate business records and assisting with finance activities. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to keep information flowing, orders moving and routine business processes on track. We are not looking for a specialist in only one area. We are looking for someone with practical experience across several areas of business administration - ideally customer service, logistics, order processing and finance support - who is willing to learn the parts they have had less exposure to. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring a mix of experience across several of the following areas: Customer service, sales administration or general business administration. Logistics, freight coordination, order processing or customer shipments. Finance administration and support. Using NetSuite or another ERP, CRM or accounting/business system. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Working with detailed customer, order or product information where accuracy matters. You do not need to be an expert in every area. What matters most is that you are organized, dependable, comfortable learning new tasks and willing to pitch in wherever the business needs support. You Will Also Be Someone Who Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues. Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in accurate work. Can manage competing priorities and move confidently between different types of tasks. Takes a practical, proactive approach to problem solving. Works well as part of a team and is happy to help outside a narrow job description. Can interpret technical product information and machinery specifications or is willing to learn.
