Endoluminal Sales Representative
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks an Endoluminal Sales Associate to support early adoption of the ION® platform for minimally invasive lung biopsy procedures. The role involves procedural training, clinical expertise development, and collaboration with hospital staff and physicians to integrate the system at new customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide procedural support to new users to ensure safety and effective learning curve progression
- Support training activities including in-services, labs, first cases, and team development
- Develop clinical expertise in pulmonary oncology
- Collaborate with sales representatives and hospital leadership on ION® system integration planning
- Capture user and procedural data for quality metrics and benchmarking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of achievement and leadership
- Ability to manage complexity in a changing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Willingness to travel up to 60% with access to major airline hub
