Outpatient Urology Clinic Location: Lancaster, PA Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:45 AM 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $23$30/hour (DOE) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Position Overview A fast-paced outpatient urology clinic is seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in an outpatient setting, and hold an active, unencumbered Pennsylvania LPN license. This role offers the potential for long-term placement based on performance and clinic needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories
• Assist providers with in-office urology procedures
• Administer medications and injections as ordered
• Perform catheter care and catheter placement
• Assist with voiding trials and related procedures
• Coordinate patient care and follow-up scheduling
• Document clinical information accurately in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients on treatment plans and post-visit instructions
• Support daily clinic flow in a high-volume outpatient setting

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania LPN license required
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required (outpatient experience preferred)
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Patient-focused, reliable, and team-oriented
