Job Description Job Description SKYE Texas Hill Country Resort & Vineyard is seeking a Front Desk Associate Trainee who is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and supporting guest services, without requiring prior hospitality experience.

This position focuses on assisting the Front Desk team with day-to-day operations, guest support tasks, and property coordination. Responsibilities :
Greet guests warmly and direct them to appropriate team members for assistance.
Support and assist Front Desk operations with answering phone calls.
Assist with delivering guest items (linens, amenities, firewood, etc.) as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and guest areas.
Stock and organize the Shop and assist with merchandising as needed.
Support kitchen operations by assisting with order coordination and kitchen cleanliness.
Communicate clearly with team members regarding guest needs and requests.
Assist management with operational support tasks.
Monitor and restock supplies in guest-facing areas.
Provide general assistance to ensure smooth daily operations across departments.
Follow all company policies, safety standards, and procedures.

What we need from you:
Experience: No prior hospitality experience required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Licensing: Valid driver’s license preferred.
Certifications: TABC and Food Handler Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Work Ethic: Strong reliability, punctuality, and willingness to take initiative.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and guests.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk frequently across the property, and lift up to 35 lbs.
Scheduling Requirements: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
