Seasonal Sous Chef – Tuckers Tavern Located in Beach Haven, NJ, Tuckers Tavern is part of Fearless Restaurant Group, a multi‑concept operation of 10 independent restaurants in Philadelphia, PA and Long Beach Island, NJ. The restaurant offers a coastal American menu, raw bar, and craft beer selection in a popular venue with indoor and outdoor dining. A Fearless Restaurants Sous Chef will be positive, professional, creative, and possess natural leadership skills. The Sous Chef will lead seasonal menu development, mentor the kitchen staff, and ensure high standards in organization, professionalism, and attention to detail. This is a seasonal role beginning May through September with the opportunity to transition to full‑time for the right candidate.
