Automotive Office Manager – High-Volume Luxury Brand

We are seeking an experienced  Automotive Office Manager to join our high-volume  luxury automotive dealership . This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional who understands dealership accounting, office operations, compliance, and the fast-paced demands of a high-volume automotive environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong  automotive dealership office management experience , excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.  Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dealership office and administrative functions
• Manage and support accounting, billing, title, registration, and deal-processing activities
• Review and maintain accurate vehicle sales and finance documentation
• Ensure deals are processed accurately and efficiently
• Monitor funding, receivables, payables, and related dealership accounting functions
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership policies
• Work closely with Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, Parts, and General Management
• Supervise, train, and support office staff
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
• Help ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the transaction process
• Assist management with reporting, audits, reconciliations, and other dealership administrative needs

Qualifications

• Previous  Automotive Office Manager ,  Dealership Office Manager ,  Automotive Accounting , or comparable dealership experience
• Experience in a  high-volume automotive dealership strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of dealership accounting and vehicle deal processing
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven ability to lead and develop an administrative team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software
• Reynolds & Reynolds DMS knowledge is a plus
• Luxury automotive dealership experience is highly desirable
