Qualifications What We’re Looking For Previous bakery, food service, grocery, or retail management experience Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Passion for customer service and operational excellence Availability to work weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing bakery operations, team development, merchandising, production planning, food safety, and financial performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
