This is a hybrid role that includes onsite and remote work with weekly in-office attendance, requires reliable high-speed internet, and offers opportunities for professional growth. Candidates must live 70 miles of the Deerfield office, unless otherwise designated as hybrid./ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliReview 90-second ECG strip data and related algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and completeness, utilizing iRhythms Transmissions tools for 100% of all records./liliContinuously develop clinical knowledge, particularly ECG rhythm interpretation skills./liliPerform 100% of the quality assurance of reports provided to medical professionals and provide report format modifications and additions as requested./liliCommunicate critical findings to medical professionals verbally and in writing, when applicable./liliContact patients via telephone to obtain follow-up transmissions as indicated, when applicable./liliAdherence to HIPAA Guidelines and Good Clinical Practices./liliMaintain compliance with job specific proficiency requirements, including CCT certification (RN or Paramedic may qualify)./liliMeet or exceed the productivity and quality metrics as defined for the role./liliSuccessful completion of all required new hire training, onboarding, and ongoing compliance requirements./liliDemonstrate the ability to perform cardiac rhythm analysis and interpretation with accuracy and consistency./liliProficiency with cardiac monitoring systems./liliStrong attention to detail and accuracy in arrhythmia interpretation and cardiac rhythms./liliAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively./liliEffective time management skills in a fast-paced environment./liliCommitment to quality, compliance, and continuous learning./liliWorking knowledge of medical terminology related to cardiology./liliDemonstrated ability to perform cardiac rhythm analysis and interpretation with accuracy and consistency./liliAbility to maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed./liliDemonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, and the delivery of high-quality work products that support patient care and client needs./liliMay be expected to participate in cross-training and production of Zio XT Final Reports./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulh3Education Certifications/h3ulliCandidates are required to have a HS Diploma or equivalent./liliAssociate degree or two years of college course work is preferred./liliCandidates are required to possess a valid Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) certification or other approved licenses or certifications (e.g., Registered Nurse (RN) or Paramedic (EMT-P)) may be accepted in lieu of CCT certification, in accordance with company policy./li/ulh3Experience/h3ulliRequired Experience- Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare, health insurance or medical device industry or the equivalent in education and/or training./liliPreferred Experience-/li/ululliExperience in patient care, clinical operations, lab setting and/or another diagnostic environment/liliMinimum of 1 year ECG monitoring or related field, with emphasis in cardiac rhythm interpretation (CCT, Holter Technician, Cardiac Rehab, RN, Nurse, Paramedic w/Critical Care Transport)./li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills Abilities/h3ulliStrong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and facilitate training effectively./liliEffective communication skills with the ability to communicate complex clinical content in an easy-to-understand manner./liliPC Proficiency including working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, other MS Office applications, Windows, and the Transmissions Tool/liliIntermediate to advanced rhythm interpretation skills./liliKnowledge of medical terminology specific to cardiology/liliAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions./liliDetail-oriented with a commitment to quality and compliance./liliGreat work ethic and a desire to provide high quality outcomes (reports) to our clients and patients./li/ulh3Working Environment / Physical Demands/h3pAbility to attend local IDTF shifts as required by business needs./ppLocation: Deerfield/ppActual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location./ppEstimated Pay Range $24 - $27/ppAs a part of our core values, we ensure an inclusive workforce.
