Your day-to-day as a Billing Administrator: Prepare, review, and submit accurate customer invoices in a timely manner Assist with project contract setup, schedules of values, and billing maintenance within accounting software Maintain organized accounts receivable records, including customer billing requirements and AP contacts Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and billing irregularities and assist with resolution Collaborate with project teams, customers, and finance staff to ensure billing accuracy and policy compliance Your skills and experience: High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) Experience using office software such as Adobe, PDF tools, and similar platforms Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Accounting or billing software experience preferred (Timberline Sage 300 / Viewpoint Vista a plus) For immediate consideration for the Billing Administrator position, contact Kasie View phone number on click.appcast.io or View email address on click.appcast.io) at ETS today.
