Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 33 Number of Staff–27 members Type of staff: Dependent of census Day Shift – 5 RNs, 1 clinical coordinator/charge (no patient group) 2-3 techs, 1 unit secretary Night Shift–5 RNs (Including charge nurse with patient group) 2-3 techs Patient Ratios–5-6:1 Type of equipment–Baxter IV pumps EMR–Meditech (EBCD version)

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Medical surgical experience Acute care setting experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Oncology experience Chemotherapy experience Best personality Fit: Positive and energetic. Values teamwork REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS
