Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community. Requirements Proven experience in dealership management or a related automotive leadership role. Strong knowledge of automotive sales, service, and parts operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Valid driver's license and flexible availability to meet dealership needs.
