We are seeking a Permanent Physician - Family Medicine in New York .

Shift: Monday Friday, flexible 4- or 5-day work week, no weekends
Start Date: Upon credentialing

Position Details:
Patient Population: All ages pediatrics through geriatrics
Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care, chronic and acute illness management, exams, screenings, immunizations, lifestyle counseling
Required Procedures: General outpatient care
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: Advanced Practice Provider (APP), RN triage support
Days Per Month: Full-time (4- or 5-day work week)
On-Call/Weekends: Call once every 70 days; telehealth 2 3 hrs on weekends once every 3 months
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics REQUIRED
Active NY license or willing to obtain REQUIRED
At least 1 year of primary care experience REQUIRED
Clean malpractice and licensing history REQUIRED (no exemptions)
