As a Restoration Technician, you'll be on the front lines of emergency response, providing water, fire, mold, storm, and specialty cleaning services that make a real difference for our customers. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a career where your work truly matters, we'd love to have you on our team.Why You'll Love This RoleMake a meaningful impact by helping families and businesses recover after disasters.Work alongside a supportive, team-oriented group of professionals.Enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.Receive paid training and opportunities to earn industry certifications.Build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement.What You'll DoRespond to water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage emergencies.Perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, cleaning, and restoration services.Set up, monitor, and maintain drying and restoration equipment.Document job progress using company software and mobile technology.Load, maintain, and organize company vehicles, equipment, and materials.Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and management.Follow all SERVPRO procedures and safety standards.Participate in rotating on-call schedules for emergency response.What We're Looking ForValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Ability to work rotating on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Construction, restoration, demolition, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.IICRC certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain).Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
