Work Schedule 100% FTE, Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, One Saturday a month 8:00am to 12:00pm. Place: UW Health N. Bell School Clinic 3505 N Bell School rd. Required Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience 3 years Phlebotomy experience. Required Licenses & Certifications CPR certification. Required Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT).
