Registered Nurse RN - $10,000 Sign On Bonus!

We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our specialized care team across multiple units including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess and implement patient care using advanced technology while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Compensation Starting Wage for RN: $35.15 - $40.15 per hour based on years of certification. 2nd shift bonus: $5.00 per hour. 3rd shift bonus: $4.00 per hour. Hero pay: $3.40 per hour. Responsibilities Perform a variety of treatments including fluid care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed and counsel patients/families about changes in medications or treatment plans. Provide preventative and supportive care focused on physiologic and psychosocial well‑being. Supervise the Nurse Aide team: assign duties, provide training, and participate in performance evaluations. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with patients, families and visitors. Qualifications Current RN license in Michigan and valid CPR certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in nursing. Strong analytical skills for personalized care planning and problem solving.
