Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions, agreements, and invoices.
• Provide clerical support to the billing and accounting departments, including data entry, filing, check production, and document management.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee vehicle inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Prepare and distribute internal reports, ensuring all communications are clear, precise, and timely.
• Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate and cost-effective stock levels.
• Process daily deposits and perform reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the overall efficiency and functionality of the office.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry, is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
