Customer Service Manager

Role Description The Customer Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rice Lake, WI, with occasional travel. This role is responsible for leading and coaching the customer service team to deliver efficient, courteous, and accurate service across in-branch and phone interactions. Daily responsibilities include supervising staff schedules, monitoring service levels, resolving escalated customer issues, and ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. The Customer Service Manager will analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify process improvements and implement best practices. Qualifications Strong background in Customer Service Management and Customer Support, with experience leading or supervising a service-focused team. Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem-solving, empathy, and a customer-first mindset. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret service metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to processes and procedures. Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers, team members, and leadership. Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a highly regulated industry is highly preferred. Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced branch environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Comfort with banking systems, customer relationship tools, and standard office software; willingness to learn new technologies.
