Job Responsibilities:

Cross training on all machines such as Sheet Stock, Mold Press, Pultrusion, Glass cutting, and/or Mixing. Helping out the manager with assisting where needed.

Job Duties:

•Loads the glass into the press, lines it up properly

•Spreads the resin on the glass

•Sanding the edges once it is complete.

•Inspecting the parts.

•Packaging them into the correct packaging.

•Working in the mixing department

•Relieving team members for breaks

•Train new team members

•Completing quality audits

•Operating a forklift

Skills and Requirements:

•Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

•Prior team lead experience is a plus

•Machine Operating is a plus

•Forklift Operating experience

•Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day

•Comfortable working with Fiberglass
