This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality work, strong customer service, and maintains equipment safely and efficiently.What You'll Own:Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled tune-ups on HVAC systemsConduct inspections and identify repair or replacement needsCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly with customersComplete maintenance calls safely, efficiently, and professionallyDocument work performed accurately in ServiceTitan or company systemsMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipmentFollow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policiesDeliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearanceSupport overall team productivity and branch successWhat Success Looks Like:Complete maintenance calls safely, accurately, and efficientlyIdentify repair opportunities and communicate them professionallyMaintain strong customer satisfactionComplete paperwork, invoices, and service notes accuratelyFollow safety procedures and use proper PPEMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good conditionShow up on time, be prepared, and support the teamMaintain strong attendance and schedule reliabilityRequired Qualifications:HVAC certification from an accredited school or 3+ years of relevant HVAC experienceEPA CertificationValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsMust pass a background check and drug screeningAbility to commute to West Palm Beach, FLPreferred Qualifications:Residential and/or light commercial HVAC experienceServiceTitan experienceMaintenance agreement experienceNATE CertificationExperience identifying repair opportunities and customer recommendationsBilingual English/SpanishWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation based on experience and skill levelConsistent full-time workMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with company matchOngoing technical training and development opportunitiesOpportunity to grow within a growing home services platformSeacoast Service Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
