Summary: We are building our Banditos Team and are currently searching for an energetic and reliable Servers who thrive in a fast paced and upbeat environment with a particular attention to guest experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide outstanding hospitality to generate exceptional guest experiences Build relationships with new and existing guests to create repeat guests Work in a team-based environment where accountability of yourself and your peers is expected Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bars and restaurants at all times Follow Banditos standards of cleanliness and sanitation in and around the building at all times Provide safe and responsible service of food and alcohol in accordance with Banditos and local jurisdictions guidelines Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to multi-task Maintain attention to detail Minimum of 1 year serving experience in a high volume, high energy environment Work on your feet for extended periods of time with occasional heavy lifting Hold yourself and peers accountable for their actions/inactions Have fun Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and moving around restaurant at a fast pace Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the restaurants facilities.
